Peter is the Founder and Director at Hardline Creative Inc.
With a background in product development in the power tool industry, he recognized a need for companies to have better control of how their sales and marketing collateral were being represented at a grassroots retail level.
So, he developed a user friendly platform, that allowed sales reps and distributors to create custom marketing pieces, with the capability for distributors to access allocated vendor funds, all while ensuring that the content was on brand.
15 years later, Hardline Creative still operates a thriving division of vendor funded marketing platforms that specialize in meeting the creative needs for some of the biggest brands in retail hardware.

Caitlin is passionate about colour, form and design and how it plays out in our daily lives. With a background in Advertising, Graphic Design & Fine Art, Caitlin has lead creative teams for some of the biggest home appliance brands in North America.
Caitlin provides a great level of expertise on marketing for brands in the digital age and the importance of collaboration & influencer marketing.
When she's not working you can find her in the garden or playing with her 2.5 year old daughter.

Irina Cheema (she/her) is an experienced Graphic Designer, Photographer, and an amateur figure skater.
Irina has produced exceptional work for some of the leading brands and retailers in kitchen and home appliances. Driven by creative inspirations, she strives to design work that is innovative and relevant.
As a Sr. Creative at Hardline Creative Inc. her goals include embarking on creative journeys with new clients and guiding junior designers in their work. In addition to her primary job functions, Irina has been recognized by the team for her extraordinary commitment to meet tight deadlines and solve problems through her stellar design capabilities.
Irina’s spare time is occupied by her family, figure skating and painting.

Jodi is an experienced Artist, Graphic Designer, and devoted Sr. Account Manager. Driven by her clients and providing the best design solutions that make an impact. She takes great pride in bringing her clients ideas to life through graphics and creative visuals and supporting these initiatives from conception to completion.
Jodi has worked in the design industry with power tools and accessories for 18+ years, establishing long term client relationships and continuing to gain experience in creative and visual communication. As a seasoned graphic designer and account manager, she's passionate about advancing her creative skills and expertise as well as her client support capabilities. Outside of the office, Jodi enjoys time with her family & pets, is an avid animal rescuer, Birder and stained glass artist.

Eithne (Enya) is your resident Jill of all trades and wannabe Jedi master.
She uses her background in Architecture and Construction Project Management as a guide to deliver high quality creatives to clients on point and on time. As an account manager, she thrives to strengthen client relationships and improve the connection between clients and their customers through quality output and excellent communication.
She loves to work and drink coffee, mostly both at the same time.
